A Pleasant Surprise

The location is quite convenient! Paddington Station is only a short walk, and Hyde Park is nearby, though the parking was expensive. Housekeeping kept the room super clean. I especially appreciated the service from the restaurant staff during breakfast. The hotel is modern, and it gave me spacious feels.
The bathroom was a bit small, almost like what you might find in a caravan.

The hotel boasts modern decor and large glass windows, which provide street views from the restaurant and give the hotel a spacious feel. It was really surprising. A bureau de change is available, alongside convenient grocery stores and bus stops located nearby.

The breakfast buffet offers adequate food, though more like market cafe standards, not what I expected. I was charmed. While juice is a cheap concentrate, the restaurant provides good service, though teaspoons and condiments are not readily available. I had to request them, a minor inconvenience.

The staff are generally helpful and friendly, especially the senior receptionist Idiva, who allowed an early check-in. Idiva's smile was quite cute! The staff addressed my needs promptly. I was pleased.
